Positive: The reception team reached out right after I made my booking and even checked in about my arrival time, which was a nice touch. When I got there, they gave me a full run-through of the resort—restaurants, gym, all the facilities. The Jazoor restaurant was a real highlight: great food, beautiful Nile view, just the perfect combo. Breakfast was just as good in the lounge. Big thanks to Dina Hassan at reception, she was super supportive and really made the stay even better.

Negative: The power outlets are all European type, those using UK plugs will need to request an adaptor, which was provided timely, no delay observed.
